FULL STACK DEVELOPER

What will you be doing ?

• You translate each customer request and the needs of users into clear wireframes, intuitive prototypes and finished designs.
• You are willing to extend your knowledge of UI design patterns with research of the relevant industry requirements/knowledge and incorporate them into our Salesforce platform engine, more particular the Salesforce Lightning Design System.
• You are not afraid to prepare and execute user tests yourself.
• You are not afraid to get dirty and program yourself, even if that means you have to learn it. (just to give an idea : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, APEX).
• You work collaboratively with software – , solution engineers and architects to determine performance benchmarks, key metrics, and set performance goals.
• You thrive on working autonomously yet enjoy collaborating with a team to bring both your own and their ideas to fruition.
• You’ll mostly work from the office in Ghent or from home . You’ll experience the flexibility and excitement of a scale-up backed-up by experienced people.

Do you have what it takes to become a Full Stack Developer with a knack for design?

• You have a Master’s degree in economics, business, engineering, IT or bachelor in Electronics
• You already have at least 2 years of relevant practical experience.
• You have knowledge in setting up and managing design – and/or testing systems
• You love a challenge and don’t scare easily. Jumping into the unknown is what you live for. Getting trained on the job without too much coddling? Providing open and honest feedback to your colleagues and customers? You’re ready to blow us away.
• You’re willing fully understand the manufacturing business from machine operator to manager, even if that means going to a shop-floor and get your hands dirty. All this so you can deliver value adding solutions.
• You are a good communicator and someone who collaborates easily with developers, solution engineers, business developers and customers.
• You can express yourself well in English and Dutch? Great! This is important to communicate with your colleagues and clients. Knowledge of French is a bonus.
