Who we are
In this cookie policy, “24Flow”, “we” and “us” mean 24Flow BV, company number BE 0711 846 178, registered office at Kruisboogstraat 6, 9000 Ghent, Belgium, office at Dublinstraat 31/010, 9000 Ghent, Belgium. 24Flow BV is the controller. “You” means any person who visits 24flow.eu.
What are cookies?

Analytics without cookies
We count visits with PostHog, hosted in the EU (Frankfurt). PostHog sets no cookies, does not store your IP address and uses an anonymous identifier that changes every day, so it cannot recognize you on a later visit. Because it stores nothing on your device and does not identify you, it runs without consent.
Analytics cookies (with your consent)
- Google Analytics measures visits, where visitors come from and which pages they view.
- Microsoft Clarity shows, as heatmaps and session recordings, how visitors scroll and click, so we can improve our pages. Clarity masks what you type in form fields.

Marketing cookies (with your consent)
These cookies help us follow up on your interest in 24Flow.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) recognizes your browser. Once you have filled in a form or clicked a link in one of our emails, our team can see which pages you visited.
- Apollo.io identifies the company a visit comes from, based on the IP address.
We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.
Third-party content
Our pages include YouTube videos in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube stores nothing on your device until you play a video. When you play one, or when you click through to LinkedIn or YouTube, those platforms may set their own cookies. We do not control those cookies; see the platforms’ own policies.
