Solution engineer

In the role of a Solution Engineer, you will actively participate in the entire functional and technical implementation cycle of customer projects. By listening, analyzing, and co-creating, you will help develop solutions tailored to our clients’ needs.

• You will contribute to the optimization and digitalization of their manufacturing and operational processes using the 24Flow platform, taking ownership of diverse projects that last between two to four months.
• As a versatile professional with a keen interest in Manufacturing Operations Management, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of clients’ processes, both functionally and technically. Your primary responsibility will be to configure and develop 24Flow to meet the specific business requirements of our customers. Rest assured, our experienced team members will support and guide you throughout your journey with us.
• You will primarily work from our Ghent office or remotely and travel to customer locations when necessary. Our working environment combines the flexibility and excitement of a scale-up with the backing of seasoned experts.

To be considered for this position, we expect the following skills:

• A Master’s degree in economics, business, engineering, IT, or a Bachelor’s in Electronics.
• A strong interest and/or relevant experience in logistics and manufacturing operations.
• A background in IT is recommended as creating apps with Low Code or High code tools will be part of your responsibilities.
• We are seeking an eager learner with sharp analytical skills who thrives on tackling challenges and isn’t easily intimidated.
• You should be prepared to dive into the unknown, receive on-the-job training, and provide open and honest feedback to both colleagues and customers.
• Your excellent communication skills and assertiveness will prove invaluable, as you will need to ask the right questions to fully understand your customers and develop the most suitable solutions.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch is essential, while knowledge of French is an added advantage.
