At 24Flow, we’re not your average company. We’re a dynamic, buzzing product start-up with a hands-on, no-nonsense culture. Our company provides a SaaS platform that helps discrete manufacturers reduce product lead times through digital support of shopfloor operators.

We’re currently seeking a 24Flow Solution Engineer to join our team. As a Solution Engineer, you’ll be involved in the functional and technical implementation cycle of customer projects from start to finish. You will listen, analyze, and co-create the solution that meets their needs.

During these projects, you’ll help customers create added value by optimizing and digitalizing their manufacturing and operational processes using our 24Flow platform. You’ll take ownership of a variety of projects that last between two to four months.

As a jack-of-all-trades with a high interest in Manufacturing Operations Management, you’ll get to know the client’s processes both functionally and technically. It will be your responsibility to configure and develop 24Flow to tailor to the customer’s business needs. Don’t worry, you’ll have the support of experienced team members to guide you along the way.

You’ll work mostly from our office in Ghent or from home, and make trips to customers as needed. You’ll experience the flexibility and excitement of a scale-up backed by experienced people.

To be considered for this position, you should have a Master’s degree in economics, business, engineering, IT, or a Bachelor’s in Electronics with high interest and/or relevant experience in logistics and manufacturing operations. Since creating apps with Low Code or High code tools will be part of your job, a background in IT is recommended. We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn and has strong analytical skills.

You love a challenge and aren’t easily scared. You’re ready to jump into the unknown, get trained on the job and provide open and honest feedback to your colleagues and customers.

Your talent for communication and assertiveness will come in very useful since you know how to ask all the right questions. After all, you can’t find the right solution unless you know your customer(s) inside out. You should be able to express yourself well in English and Dutch, and knowledge of French is a bonus.
