The 24Flow pricing model is simple and transparent. The pricing model is role-based: planners, team leaders, operators, operations managers & IT each have specific needs. The pricing model takes these differences into account such that you do not pay for features that your users don’t need. The licenses include upgrades and support, no hidden costs.
A one time implementation fee applies for new accounts. This varies based on complexity, integration needs and number of users. Submit your info for personalized pricing.
A user needs a 24Flow license if they want to see, enter, or report on 24Flow data objects. For example, if a user wants to plan a work order, change the status of an operation or view the lead time of an order, they need an appropriate license.
All user licenses are named licenses and provide access to the features associated with that specific license. Further restrictions e.g. in a multi-factory setup can be easily configured.
If you already have a Salesforce ORG, 24Flow can be deployed onto that same ORG. In case you do not have a Salesforce ORG, 24Flow can select the region of deployment. By default, we select the European region for European headquartered customers.
No, 24Flow is an OEM partner for Salesforce, which means that an OEM license for Salesforce is included in the price of a 24Flow license. This OEM license does restrict some abilities within the Salesforce application (ex: Opportunities), but there are no restrictions to the 24Flow application.
