Per role. Each user has a named license for the features of their role, so you do not pay for features your users do not need. Licenses include upgrades and support. New customers pay a one-time implementation fee, based on complexity, integrations and number of users. Talk to an expert for a quote for your setup.
Everyone who views, enters or reports on 24Flow data. Planning a production order, changing the status of an operation or checking the lead time of an order all need a license. Licenses are named, and access can be limited further, for example per site.
No. You do not need to be a Salesforce customer: every 24Flow license includes the Salesforce platform. The included platform license covers all of 24Flow; some standard Salesforce features, such as Opportunities, are not part of it.
Yes. 24Flow can run in the Salesforce org you already have and works with your own fields, objects and other Salesforce apps. Sales, support and production then work from the same data.
Where you decide. Choose the region where your data is hosted, or run 24Flow in the Salesforce org you already have.
Yes. Your subscription includes the online library and knowledge base, and technical support during office hours (Monday to Friday, CET).
