About 24Flow
We help high-mix low-volume manufacturers shorten lead times, deliver on time and see where every order is, with real-time data and a paperless flow on the shop floor.
Our story
24Flow was founded in Ghent in 2021 by people who had lived the problems of make-to-order production. Erik Dierinck ran operations in a high-tech make-to-order factory. He saw how traditional ERP and MES systems struggled with complex, variable production: implementations were slow, improvements were hard and operators got tools that did not match how the factory worked.
Stijn Wijndaele and Piet Vandaele had built B2B software and digitized business processes in manufacturing, ERP and low-code for years. Together they set out to build something more flexible: a platform inspired by Lean and quick response manufacturing (QRM), built on Salesforce and shaped by real shop floor experience.
The aim has not changed: close the gap between planning and execution, so factories become faster, more adaptable and more resilient. Today 24Flow works with machine builders, metal fabrication, printing and high-tech manufacturers, and ships 3 releases per year.
The MES is up for change. With low-code and composable apps, manufacturers implement faster, improve as they go, involve their operators and choose the apps they need.
Bring these capabilities to make-to-order and engineer-to-order manufacturers, big and small. Inspired by Lean and QRM, we give plants the visibility to shorten lead times and deliver on time.
