The role
Listen, analyze, build.
Together with the customer.
As a solution engineer, you take part in the full functional and technical implementation of customer projects. By listening, analyzing and co-creating, you build solutions that fit each customer’s needs.

24Flow is a dynamic, fast-paced product start-up with a hands-on, no-nonsense culture. Our SaaS platform helps make-to-order manufacturers reduce lead times with digital support for operators on the shop floor.
Where you work
You work mainly from our Ghent office or remotely, and travel to customer sites when needed. You get the flexibility and pace of a scale-up, with the backing of experienced experts.
What you will do
Own the project.
From process to platform.
- Help customers optimize and digitize their manufacturing and operational processes with the 24Flow platform, and take ownership of diverse projects.
- Build a full understanding of each customer’s processes, both functionally and technically.
- Configure and develop 24Flow to meet each customer’s specific business requirements.
- Learn from experienced colleagues, who support and guide you along the way.
Your profile
Curious, analytical
and not easily intimidated.
To be considered for this role, you bring:
- A master’s degree in economics, business, engineering or IT, or a bachelor’s in electronics.
- A strong interest in, or relevant experience with, logistics and manufacturing operations.
- A background in IT: building apps with low-code or high-code tools is part of the job.
- Sharp analytical skills and the drive of an eager learner who enjoys a challenge.
- The will to dive into the unknown, learn on the job and give open, honest feedback to colleagues and customers.
- Excellent communication skills and assertiveness: you ask the right questions to understand customers and find the best solution.
- Fluent English and Dutch. French is a plus.
